Please Note: Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one (1) delivery after your initial purchase before you are able to cancel. After your second subscription order shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.

1. Log Into Your Account.
Click the login button in the top right of the navigation bar, and sign in with your account. You should receive an email about setting up your account after ordering your first subscription product.
If you haven't received a login link, please email us at support@lumennaturals.com and we will help you set up an account.
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions", then click EDIT.
This will display all the active subscriptions you have in your account. To make any changes to an existing subscription, click the EDIT button and you'll see a list of options available to you.
3. Edit products, shipment frequency, pause or cancel subscriptions.
Here's where you can edit your entire subscription, including product quantity, delivery schedule, and more.

Do I save 15% off every order?
With Subscribe & Save, your 15% discount stays with you for every order the entire time you're subscribed to the product of your choice.

Can I add products to my subscription?
Yes, of course! When you log into your account and click "Manage My Subscriptions", there is a button called "Add Products" which allows you to add another product to your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one (1) delivery after your initial purchase before you are able to cancel. After your second subscription order shipment, you may cancel at any time. If you log into your account and click on the Manage My Subscriptions link, you'll see all your options.
You can pause the subscription, change your billing cycles, or cancel the subscription entirely. You can also call or email us at any time and we'll be glad to help you. You can update your order frequency inside your account after the initial order to accommodate higher quantities via subscription orders. For example, if you order a 2, 3 or 6 month supply you can have them shipped out every 60, 90 or 180 days depending on your preference.

You can adjust the frequency of your subscriptions any time you want. So if you want to pause for a month or if you want to change your frequency to something else, you can always do that in your account. Or if you’d rather email our customer support team, they’ll help you every step of the way.
