Shipping & Orders
Your order will ship within 24 hours after it has been received at our fulfillment center(s). If an order is placed after Friday 3PM EST, it will not be processed until the following Monday. Please expect longer fulfillment times during holidays.
If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or back-ordered, please check back at a later date.
We ship to all of the states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Yes, we do deliver to P.O. Boxes in all states via Amazon, USPS, and UPS. You can find more information about UPS SurePost by visiting UPS.com.
Yes, we do ship to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses via UPS SurePost. You can find more information about UPS by visiting UPS.com.
You can track your order by using the tracking number that was included in your Order Shipping Confirmation email.
Returns & Refunds
To return any products, please email our Customer Service Team at support@lumennaturals.com.
To receive a full refund, please email us at support@lumennaturals.com within 30 days of making your order. If customer service requires you to return the product, your refund will be issued once your return has been received at our distribution center. If no return is required and customer service is in agreement, you will receive a refund immediately.
