1.) Do I save 15% off every order or just the first month?
With Subscribe & Save, your 15% discount stays with you for every order the entire time you're subscribed to to the product of your choice.
2.) Can I add products to my subscription?
Yes, of course! When you login to your account and click "Manage My Subscriptions", there is a button called "Add Products" which allows you to add another product to your subscription.
3.) Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one (1) delivery after your initial purchase before you are able to cancel. After your second subscription order shipment, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees. If you login into your account and click on the Manage My Subscriptions link, you'll see all your options. You can pause the subscription, change your billing cycles, or cancel the subscription entirely. You can also call or email us at any time and we'll be glad to help you.
